Payment
We accept Bank Deposit, Paypal, Credit Card Payment, Cheque or Money Order.
Parasols will only be posted once payment has been received and the funds are cleared.
N.B Bank Transfers make take two business days for the funds to clear depending on your banking institute.
How long will it take to get my parasol?
Please allow 1 – 7 days for delivery anywhere in Australia.
Your parasols will be posted by Registered Post, Express Post or via Fastway Couriers.
N.B Turnaround time for our Personalised Parasols is currently 2-3 weeks.
Pick Up
If you would prefer, you are most welcome to pick up your gorgeous parasols from our office in Noosa.
Returns and Refunds
Parasols with Love will not be held responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect orders being placed by the client. Please choose carefully as Parasols with Love does not refund if you change your mind, however, we are happy to exchange your parasol within 7 days of purchase if you would like a different style or colour. All additional postage costs, must be paid by you.
If your parasol is faulty we will be happy to replace it within 7 days of purchase, but we request you send the faulty parasol back to us by C.O.D.
Wholesale Orders
Parasols with Love accepts wholesale orders. Minimum orders apply. Please contact us for more information.
Parasols
All parasols are hand-made so some minor variations may occur. Our Oriental Parasols may have slight imperfections e.g glue, bamboo colours may vary.
Lettering on our personalised parasols is hand painted, so some minor variation will occur if multiple parasols are ordered.
